BREAKING! Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 - thanks to Ghion Journal’s community of sleuths, I was just made aware that the FDA DID NOT fully authorize Pfizer’s Covid-19 “vaccines”. Using legalese that Johnnie Cochran would be proud of, they only reaffirmed the existing Emergency Use Authorization. Which makes sense because, as I noted in the article below, all the Covid-19 vaccines are still undergoing clinical trials until at least April 15th, 2022.
Follow me on this because what I’m going to do is unravel the spool of lies that was presented as news yesterday. The FDA stated that the Pfizer brand that was given the EUA will continue being dispensed under the status quo. What they approved yesterday was a new brand called Comirnaty which falls under the BioNTech umbrella. But the Pfizer and BioNTech product are the same thing, so then why would the FDA make a distinction between Pfizer’s “vaccines”—which did not receive full approval—and yet give the same product being sold under a different brand approval?
There is no *available* FDA approved licensed vaccine. Here's what is happening. If FDA approved & licensed COVID19 vaccine, it would have to revoke the EUA vaccines & subject the vaccine maker to more liability risk. So it only approved a future vaccine that isn't "available".

Because it’s all about liability and building the false narrative that the “vaccines” have been given the green light by the FDA in order to compel people to get “vaccinated” by choice or by force. The Pfizer brand still has legal cover from liability, they cannot be sued because they are being dispensed under the Emergency Use Authorization. The same product by a different name called Comirnaty no longer had liability coverage because “approving” it nullifies the EUA protocol. Here is the kicker, Comirnaty is a brand that is not even on the market right now, it’s a hypothetical label that doesn’t exist.
For the foreseeable future, the “vaccine” that will continue to be used is the Pfizer brand that did not receive full approval and is still covered by the Emergency Use Authorization.
Like con artists playing a shell game, the FDA just allowed the establishment to say that “vaccines” are approved when in reality the one that will keep being pumped into the arms of millions of people is still Pfizer which is the brand that is still not approved. The fact that they are going to this length to deceive people is all the proof one needs to avoid these “vaccines” the way you would say hell no as if they are the second coming of the bubonic plague.
Watch this video below for further insight from Dr. Robert Malone, who is the inventor of mRNA technology that is instrumental in the deployment of Prizer and Moderna’s “vaccines”. He knows more than most about the dangers of these experimental boosters and warned recently that they could very well be causing a deadly condition called Antibody-Dependent Enhancement. While I’m no fan of Bannon and the carnival barker whom he admires, that doesn’t mean I’m going to close my ears and my mind to facts that are provable just because they are being mentioned by the “other side”.
What the FDA has just done is committed criminal fraud in order to pressure businesses to enforce “vaccination” mandates as they use the very rationale that segregationists employed when they argued that states and businesses had the right to discriminate against African-Americans. Given that the biggest group of “vaccine” hesitant or hostile are in fact African-Americans, Joe Biden is trying back door Jim Crow. Except Jab Crow impacts everyone who does not want to partake in medical experiments.
If our government and the ruling establishment cannot even be honest and forthcoming enough to tell us the truth and instead keep acting like a hybrid of Enron and, Bernie Maddoff and Colin Powell at the United Nations, how can we trust that they are telling us the truth about the safety and efficacy of these “vaccines”. The same is true for mainstream media, instead of doing investigative journalism to expose the lies of government and corporations, they have cast their lot with fraudsters.
To this end, every mainstream media outlet that is reporting that the FDA fully approved the “vaccines” are aiding and abetting fascists who will one day be dragged in front of a Nuremberg Trail 2.0. The rest of this article contains even more damning proof that goes at the heart of the FDA’s credibility and their incestuous relationship with the very industries they are supposed to regulate.
As you are reading the rest of this write-up, keep in mind the rest of this article was published yesterday, before I realized that the FDA is pulling a fast one. So when you see references to the “vaccines” being approved, as they say in the military, my position from yesterday is OBE, as in overtaken by events.
Imagine an amateur flyer with a long record of crashing remote-controlled airplanes and committing fraud decides one day to become a pilot. He trains for three months using a flight simulator and passes despite the fact that his trial runs were mediocre at best. Armed with his certificate from flight school, he applies with the FAA to be a full-fledged pilot. The FAA grants him provisional approval with the precondition that he performs impeccably over the coming 18 months.
The provisional pilot—elated that he now gets to fly even though he never landed a plane in his life—gets a job at Delta Airlines. As expected, the second-rate pilot performs horribly during his provisional term. Though he never fully crashes a plane, he keeps overshooting the runway, runs over the grounds crew continuously and once sheared a skyscraper and killed scores of people on the ground. Each time this inferior pilot has a mishap, instead of getting his flying license pulled, the FAA keeps rationalizing his failures and encourages him to keep on endangering his passengers and the general public.
After 18 months, the FAA decides to convene a hastily arranged meeting to make a decision about the pilot who should be playing PlayStation instead of flying commercial planes. However, instead of clipping his wings, they decide to grant him a full pilot’s license. In doing so, they run afoul of all preconditions that all pilots must meet in order to earn a license. When asked to release the data behind their decision, the FAA refuses to do so and only offers pablum about how successful this newly minted pilot is. A few months later, the pilot crashes a 757, killing all passengers on board.
Replace the FAA with the FDA and swap out the pilot with Pfizer’s Covid-19 “vaccines” and keep the rest of the narrative in place. This afternoon, the Food and Drug Administration granted full approval of Pfizer’s nostrum even though it is still undergoing clinical trials until at least April 15th, 2022. This is the first time in the history of the FDA that they approved a treatment that is literally experimental.
Never mind that Pfizer’s snake oil has killed over 12,000 people in America alone according to the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, the FDA has an agenda to fulfill and they will do so even if that means endangering millions of people in the process. The FDA’s approval has nothing to do with safety and everything to do with giving Joe Biden the pretext he needs to mandate Covid-19 “vaccinations” even though the getting jabbed does not prevent anyone from getting nor passing on the Coronavirus.

This level of criminal negligence is not new for the FDA, after all siding with industry over protecting the public is part of their corporate culture. Here are a handful of drugs that the FDA approved only to pull them off the market once their dangers became evident:
- Vioxx: Approved by FDA November 1998 only to be pulled off the market. In November of 2007, Merck announces it will pay $4.85 billion to end thousands of lawsuits over its painkiller Vioxx. The amount, to be paid into a so-called settlement fund, is believed to be the largest drug settlement ever
- Valdecoxib: Valdecoxib was voluntarily withdrawn in 2005 due to safety concerns of increased risk of CV events, and reports of serious and potentially life-threatening skin reactions, including death
- Rofecoxib: recalled after a study showed a significant increase in rates of myocardial infarction and stroke among patients who received rofecoxib for longer than 18 months, compared with patients who received placebo
- Troglitazon: resulted in 90 cases of liver failure and at least 63 deaths. It also resulted in 35,000 lawsuits against its maker, Parke-Davis/Warner-Lambert (now Pfizer)
- Efalizumab: recalled when it was found to cause progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy—a rare and lethal disease that results in inflammation and damage of the white matter of the brain and central nervous system
Far from safeguarding the public, time and time again—as a report from ProPublica revealed—the FDA has rushed risky and unsafe products to the marketplace in order to appease the very Biotech and Big Pharma corporations they are supposed to be regulating. Instead of being watchdogs, FDA are poodles of pharmaceutical companies who play the role of enablers as the likes of Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson and Merk use human beings as lab animals only to pay pennies on the dollar in fines once their mendacity is discovered.
There is a reason for this of course, did you know that 45% of the FDA’s funding comes directly from Big Pharma? This is like crackheads regulating drug dealers knowing full well their fixes will be withdrawn if they don’t do the bidding of kingpins. Furthermore, the revolving door between the agency charged with keeping our foods and medicines safe and the industry they are supposed to be overseeing is sickening, the FDA’s incestuous relationship with the likes of Pfizer and Moderna makes the stomach-turning relationship between the Game of Thrones’s siblings Cersei and Jaime Lannister look downright innocent.
The FDA’s decision to grant full approval of Pfizer’s “vaccine” should not be seen as evidence of these experimental gene therapy cocktails’ safety and effectiveness but as yet more proof that this whole jab agenda is beyond suspect. They join the CDC in violating the Nuremberg Codes and reviving the legacy of Josef Mengele in the 21st century. Throughout human history, almost every mass atrocity—whether it was the Salem witch trials, the Spanish Inquisition and yes the Holocaust against Jews—started off with tyrants using the “greater good” as a pretext to annihilate anyone who stood between them and their desired outcome.
The Acting Commissioner of the FDA is Dr. Janet Woodcock, a relatively unknown quantity who has a criminal quality about her. On January 27th of this year, a coalition of 28 public health groups submitted a letter to the Biden administration opposing Dr. Woodcock’s temporary appointment. Their central contention was that Dr. Woodcock was one of the key reasons why the opioid crisis ravages communities throughout America.
“Some examples of the FDA’s improper decisions include approving Opana without adequate evidence of safety or long-term efficacy, approving Zohydro despite a vote of 11-2 against approval by a scientific advisory committee, and approving promotion of OxyContin for children as young as 11 years old….the fact that opioid manufacturers for decades disseminated false claims about the risks and benefits of opioids points to a dereliction of duty by CDER, the FDA division led by Dr. Woodcock. Dr. Woodcock is well on her way to enabling biotech corporations to do to Americans what pharmaceutical corporations like Johnson & Johnson, AmerisourceBergen and Cardinal Health and McKesson did to countless hundreds of thousands of people whose lives were ruined after they were addicted to pain meds. Not one Big Pharma executive went to jail, instead, they were assessed slaps on the wrists by way of chump change fees. Now Johnson & Johnson is given another golden opportunity to destroy millions of lives by way of mRNA and adenovirus tainted needles.

People were quick to mock me when I noted five months ago that political leaders and the establishment writ large were setting the stage for Jim Crow 2.0 and lost their minds when I compared the treatment of the “unvaccinated” to the way Jews were demonized during the rise of Hitler, I don’t have to say I told you so, only the most ardent BlueAnon believers and Rachel Maddow loyalists don’t understand where this road Jab-Nazis are paving will lead us to. To echo Martin Niemöller, first they came for the “unvaccinated”, do you really think they will end with us?
I want to take a moment to explicitly call out segregationist Bill de Blasio who has implemented a society of “vaccinated” or unequal in New York as he discriminates against people who refuse to participate in medical experiments the same way brown shirts used to ghettoize Jews. If I told you two years ago that people would have to show papers before entering movie theaters or restaurants, would you have believed me? America is turning into a wasteland of totalitarianism right before our eyes; if we do not put a stop to this insane mass-“vaccination” campaign, we will come to understand what true tyranny is like in very short order.

Doctors have to inform their patients of all benefits and risks of every medical intervention. It is a violation of a fundamental human right for health officials to perform their duties without giving patients the right to ask questions, receive answers and refuse treatment irrespective of how unwise their decision might seem. Yet here we are with fascist Biden and feckless Republicans compelling people to get jabbed by choice or by force.
A couple of weeks ago, I published an article that proved the NIH knowingly and wilfully suppressed information related to Covid-19 “vaccines” and the risk that they could cause Antibody-Dependent Enhancement. Instead of letting 160 million-plus people know about the “specific and significant risks” of ADE associated with the “vaccines”, they buried at their website. This act of treachery is enough to frog-march Fauci and every senior leadership within NIH and make them face the justice that befell Nazi doctors during the Nuremberg Trials.
By joining NIH in hiding the grave risk of “vaccinations” causing Antibody-Dependent Enhancement, Janet Woodcock and political appointees within the FDA should stand trial next to Fauci.
Though I fervently pray I am wrong, I grow more and more certain by the day that this movie will end in a trainwreck. It’s too late for people who have already been jabbed, but if you are thinking of following suit, do some research about Antibody-Dependent Enhancement. God forbid the “vaccines” crash and the full perils of spiked-proteins come to pass, the FDA will have the blood of every innocent man, woman and child who trusted their guidance only to become victims of a global holocaust.
