Update: It saddens me greatly that one of my favorite coffee shops in Fort Collins, Tia’s Coffee and Eats closed it’s doors. Tia is moving on to other opportunities, but it is sad that she could not thrive as a small business owner. Less than a mile down the street, Starbucks is jammed packed, most of the time with the very same people who are always trying to be a part of one social movement
